Quick answers
Where is the Core Citadel in EVE Online?
The Core Citadel spawns in wormhole space (C6 systems). How you find it: anomaly.
What spawns in the Core Citadel?
The Core Citadel has 4 waves and about 37 NPCs: 15 battleships and 22 frigates. Killing the trigger ship spawns the next wave; the triggers are Sleepless Warden and Sleepless Keeper.
What should I tank and shoot in the Core Citadel?
The heaviest wave in the Core Citadel deals about 3,060 DPS and the site holds about 2,234,996 EHP to grind through. Up to 3 NPCs scram at once, so you cannot simply warp out. Peak capacitor neutralising is about 90 GJ/s.
What ship do I need for the Core Citadel?
As a rule of thumb, tanking the heaviest wave of the Core Citadel in full (about 3,060 DPS) takes a group, or a marauder or capital fleet. Its NPCs scram, so if your tank breaks you cannot simply warp out. Pulling waves carefully lowers what you need to tank.
How much is the Core Citadel worth?
The Core Citadel is worth about 310.1M ISK in blue loot at current prices.

This roster is effectively omni-resist. No damage type has a meaningful edge, so pick on application and range instead.
