The classic static belts. Ore quality follows security status: 1.0–0.5 gives Veldspar/Scordite (plus Pyroxeres/Plagioclase by empire quarter), lowsec adds mid ores, and nullsec belts carry the top tables by region class. Belt rats spawn periodically and scale with sec status — nullsec belt rats include faction/officer spawns that are content in themselves.
