Where is the Strange Energy Readings in EVE Online?
The Strange Energy Readings spawns in wormhole space (C6 systems). How you find it: anomaly.
What spawns in the Strange Energy Readings?
The Strange Energy Readings has 3 waves and about 36 NPCs: 10 battleships, 15 cruisers and 11 frigates. Killing the trigger ship spawns the next wave; the triggers are Awakened Warden and Sleepless Guardian.
What should I tank and shoot in the Strange Energy Readings?
The heaviest wave in the Strange Energy Readings deals about 3,354 DPS and the site holds about 1,799,137 EHP to grind through. Up to 9 NPCs scram at once, so you cannot simply warp out. Peak capacitor neutralising is about 144 GJ/s.
What ship do I need for the Strange Energy Readings?
As a rule of thumb, tanking the heaviest wave of the Strange Energy Readings in full (about 3,354 DPS) takes a group, or a marauder or capital fleet. Its NPCs scram, so if your tank breaks you cannot simply warp out. Pulling waves carefully lowers what you need to tank.
