Static mission-linked complexes in the COSMOS constellations (Amarr/Caldari/Gallente/ Minmatar/Angel areas). Always in the same place, respawning periodically (some only at downtime). Gated COSMOS sites follow DED ship-size rules; ungated ones are open. Not all static DED beacons are combat sites — some are landmarks or epic-arc agent locations.
