Its Hikanta Tyrannos drops the CONFLUX Index — the cross-hive drop pattern that forces expeditions to tour multiple hives to open any vault. CAPTURE ERA (Apr-May 2025, corpus-verified): now LIBERATED BARBICAN under the Minmatar Republic — a Republic Base inside trades event materials (Eleutrium exchange documented).
