Weather pair: −50% capacitor recharge time (i.e. double cap regen) / −30–70% EM resist. NPCs barely benefit from the cap bonus; players can run cap-hungry active tanks freely — generally considered the easiest weather. Plug the EM hole and shoot EM. The catch, live-confirmed on the price ladder: Electrical's reputation as the easiest weather is fully priced in — its filaments are the most expensive at almost every tier (T6 Electrical ~62M vs Firestorm ~23M at the last pull). Easiest ≠ most profitable.
