Mordu's Legion vs pirate NPCs

An NPC ORE Rorqual is tackled by pirates. Pirate-side: fend off the arriving Mordu's Legion mercenaries until the Rorqual pays its ransom (LP + corruption) — or just destroy and loot it (keeps the corruption, forfeits the LP). Empire-side: drive off the pirates until the Rorqual escapes. Designed around well-fit cruisers but the gate is open; LP shares up to 10 players then diminishes.
