The top pirate relic tier — spawns in nullsec and in C1–C4 wormhole systems (rarely C4). Still no rats and no triggers, which is exactly why C1–C3 wormholes are prized exploration hunting grounds: null-grade relic loot without null-grade defence. The risk is entirely other players.
