Standard (Faction) Covert Research Facility
The lowsec ghost site. Harder hacks, meaner rats, better BPCs than highsec. Mechanics (all ghost sites): a HIDDEN timer of ~30 seconds to 3 minutes starts when you land (or decloak) — when it expires, brutal rats warp in (~500 combined DPS even in highsec, no bounties, no drops) and the cans start exploding. Failed hacks also explode and damage your ship, unlike normal data sites. Solo, expect to hack and loot about 2 of the 4 cans before leaving. All sites can contain Covert Research Tools.

'Wetu' Mobile Depot + 'Packrat' MTU BPCs, High-grade Ascendancy Alpha/Beta + Mid-grade Delta/Epsilon/Gamma/Omega BPCs, Shattered Villard Wheels. The 5th can above the warp-in consistently drops 1× Electro-Neural Signaller, survives the rats, and can be hacked AFTER they leave — hack 2 cans, burn 40 km off, wait, come back.
