Upgraded Avenger (capital punisher)

The reason you think before warping a capital: an Upgraded Avenger spawns for the first capital-class hull to land in any C5/C6 combat/data/relic site. Escalation waves despawn if the capital leaves the site or strays more than 100 km from the warp-in.
