Weather pair: +50% max velocity / −30–70% turret optimal and falloff (no resist penalty). The turret penalty hits NPCs, player turrets AND drone turrets — so fly missiles: the NPCs keep firing from outside their own crippled range and miss, which slashes incoming damage. No resist hole means you fight the NPCs' natural resists and need more raw damage than other weathers. This is the weather DTC's 3-Hawk trio farms at T4. Corpus hull pairings for Dark at the top tiers: Ikitursa (pricey, post-nerf), Muninn and Cerberus as the cheap alternatives, Hawks at frigate scale — all missile/artillery answers to the same fact: nobody wants turrets in a turret-range-penalty weather.
