One to three assault systems per constellation, up to five sites each: Nation Commander Stronghold, Nation Consolidation Network (splits the fleet by hull size — mediums one side, battleships the other) and Overwhelmed Civilian Facility. Bigger hulls, 120 km lock ranges, and enough neut pressure that utility energy transfers (Basilisks) are standard doctrine.
