ISHAEKA Tactical Response HQ
ISHAEKA Tactical Response HQ is an Unrated Complex found only in the Monalaz constellation in the Genesis region. The site is ungated at warpin and is NOT deadspace in first pocket. It is very hard and should only be attempted by skilled players. CONCORD and Amarr Empire rats are present. You will likely receive hefty standing losses from them. AVOID using cap-dependent modules in this site, you will likely lose your ship.
