Guristas / Angel Cartel vs empire militiasIntroduced with Havoc (Nov 2023): a pirate Forward Operating Base seeds an insurgency that spreads corruption across surrounding lowsec systems, while empire militias push suppression. Running insurgency sites moves the system's corruption/suppression meters — at full corruption, system effects kick in (gate-gun and sec-status changes that favour the pirates).
